TourPlan is an AI-powered trip planning platform that helps users create, customize, and share travel itineraries. The Service includes features such as:

AI-generated travel itineraries
Hotel, restaurant, and attraction recommendations
Collaborative trip planning tools
Itinerary export and sharing features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit System

Our Service uses a credit-based system for AI-powered features. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation, suggestions, or assistance features.

Free accounts receive a one-time allocation of 100 credits
Pro accounts receive 500 credits monthly that do not roll over
Credit costs vary by feature (see Pricing page for details)

5. Payment and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service, including travel plans and itineraries. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
Share your account credentials with others
Upload malicious content or spam

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Places for location data. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations or third-party data. Always verify important travel information independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZAISTECH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZAISTECH LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
